Rincon Ridge 4/27/14

First flight from Rincon turns out to be fun.  After an hour the sun finally won out over the clouds and the thermals turned on.  With Fred C. on chase Reavis and I took a little jaunt to the south just to see what we could do.   Here's the Pics.
Rincon Valley from over launch.
Reavis and Mt. St. Helena as the day turns on.
Annadel and Spring Lake from base heading down the Valley of the moon
Mt. St. Helena from near cloud base near Sugarloaf State Park
Reavis topping out.
Nice Winery across the Hwy.

Landing spot just south of Hwy 12 for 20.7 miles 2.5hrs TAT.

Really fun little XC flight, thanks again for the retrieval Fred.

St.Helena 4-5-14

A good post-frontal day and great flying is usually the ticket to the sky. We punched our tickets!!
Along for the day were John Lord, Fred Clement, Eric Beckman, and myself flying.   Eric's wife Heather came out and drove for us. Thankyou Heather.  Here's the pics
